Overview
This Cobham project focused on the installation of bespoke corten steel elements designed to bring structure, definition, and architectural character to a contemporary garden transformation. Working alongside the wider landscape design, we were contracted by Everform Ltd to install the supplied corten steel retaining walls, precision edging, and custom-fabricated feature steps throughout the scheme. Despite challenging ground conditions and significant level changes across the site, the finished installation delivers a clean, modern framework that combines structural performance with a striking architectural finish.

The Challenge
The project presented several technical challenges due to poor ground conditions across the site. The existing ground was heavily waterlogged and unstable, creating difficult working conditions throughout the installation process and requiring careful coordination around the structural preparation works already underway. In addition to the challenging site conditions, the corten steel elements needed to be installed with absolute precision to achieve the clean lines and seamless finish required by the contemporary garden design.
